My Journey as a Student in Pres. Corazon C. Aquino Elementary School My journey as a PCCAES student began when I transferred there in Grade 1, right when the pandemic hit. Everything was new to me, and at first, I was excited. But as the days passed, online classes started to feel boring and lonely. I missed being in a real classroom, seeing other kids, and talking to teachers face-to-face. I would just sit in front of the screen every day, waiting for class to end. By the time I reached Grade 2, I was supposed to take a test to be placed in a high section class. I was both nervous and hopeful. But unfortunately, the pandemic was still going on, so classes remained online. It was another year of staying at home and staring at the screen. It felt like time was moving slowly.
